Frequently asked questions
What are the terms of use for your templates?
Every item will have terms posted right in the listing.
Most items sold at Terrific Templates can be used in an unlimited capacity for designing your own products or files, either for personal or commercial use including making digital items to sell yourself.
You may not, however; re-sell, share or otherwise distribute any of our products "as purchased".
NOTE: some files are for physical goods creation only and some are for personal use only. See listings for details.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded.
This is a "No Exception" policy.
Items purchased by accident can only be cancelled and refunded if they have not yet been downloaded.
Can you email me the files without them being zipped?
Unfortunately, no, this is not a service I offer. All products in my store will be delivered in a zipped format via instant download and users are required to understand how to manage that process on their device.

I can't access the download, or the link doesn't work?
Digital downloads on Etsy can only be accessed via the website (not the app) and only through the account you actually purchased from.
Make sure you are logged into you Etsy account on their website and go to your purchase history. Files will be available here to download over and over again.
What software program do I need to edit the templates?
This will depend largely on the file type.
For PNG files, you can use any image editing software, PSD files are Photoshop specific and SVG files are meant for cutting machines.
The following software options are all free and have varying degrees on ease of use; Pixlr, PicMonkey, Gimp, Photopea, and Canva.
You can also use programs like Photoshop Elements, Corel, MS Publisher and even MS Powerpoint to name just a few.
Can I edit these on a phone or tablet?
It depends on your skill set, the RAM capacity of your device and the apps you intend to use.
Because of the vast array of choices, I do not offer support for nor can I currently recommend any particular mobile device app for editing my templates although there are many options available to do so with varying outcomes.
Can these be used in Canva?
None of my templates are Canva specific. Canva uses it's own system and other file types are not generally compatible with their tools and editing options. You can however import PNG files into Canva with limited edit-ability.
