Returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All screen prints are machine washable and guaranteed to last against premature "fade-out". Printed and heat set using a high quality plastisol ink. If your print for some reason fades significantly after normal washing/wearing - please contact me and I will replace at no charge. All other reasonable refunds/exchanges considered.

Shipping
I ship First Class USPS - ship out at least once-per-week. I generally maintain a back-stock of screen printed merchandise, but I occasionally need to do a print run to fill an order. Please allow for approx 7-10 days production in this case. However feel free to message me if you need a product by a certain date (for a gift or special occasion) and I can process a rush shipment for you at no charge.

USPS First Class provides no tracking number option - if you need a Priority shipment with tracking please message and I can calculate the extra fees.
