Thank you for visiting my Etsy Shop! We have many choices at Tessa Cate, and we appreciate your shopping with us. Each Tessa Cate item is handmade and assembled with care in a clean, smoke-free, pet free environment.

PAYPAL ONLY, please (US Funds).

Shipping
Shipping is currently done only in the United States. We generally ship all orders via USPS. If all items are in stock it takes about 5-7 business days to process an order. Special order monogrammed items take about 2 weeks to process. We will notify you if an item is out of stock or if there will be a delay.
No Shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it. If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within three (3) days.

We do not give refunds.

We WILL "exchange" non-monogrammed, embroidered items. We do not refund shipping charges. All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure you are specific in your monogramming preferences. There are no returns, credits or exchanges on monogrammed items. Remember, we MUST hear from you WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS of receiving your package and have your package back at our facility within 10 days or your package will be refused.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have unusually long back order times or have been discontinued. If we cancel your order after we have received payment, we will issue a refund in your original form of payment.

When returning an item, please include a copy of your sales receipt and whether you would like a refund or store credit. Returns will be credited back through paypal.
