Always go with what you know

I have a degree in furniture design but while in school also found that I had just as strong of an interest in fine metals. Once I graduated it took me quite a while to figure out what I wanted to do with my skills, I toyed with making wedding jewelry, then going to regular craft shows, and finally came back to what my interests are: comics, movies, video games, and other things pop culture.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Because every situation is unique, there is no single policy that can be maintained. So please always feel free to contact me about any and all issues. The following rules and regs may sound strict, but they are in place for both of our protection when dealing with online purchases.

NO order can be cancelled AFTER it has shipped.

Cancellation of an order because the buyer was not aware of the 1 - 2 week wait period for made-to-order items will only be accepted within 24 hours of the purchase.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for misspelled custom orders if the misspelling was yours. I am of course more than happy to refund you (or send a replacement at my expense) if the mistake was mine. If the custom order was for the name “Sarag Smith” to be stamped onto an item, then that’s what I will be stamping onto the item. NO refund will be issued when that's what you receive. I also include a printout with the buyers note for customization with these orders.

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item please send me a private message within seven days of the receiving the item. If you are unhappy with the item and would like a refund then you will pay to have the item shipped back to me and you will be refunded ONLY the price of the item itself once I receive the item. You will pay for shipping the item back to me and after I receive the item I will refund you the amount that you paid for the item. No shipping charges will be refunded.

I am always willing to take a look at quality issues or other potential problems with orders, and highly encourage buyers to contact me before leaving a review. If the buyer leaves a review, the sale is considered final, and no refunds or replacements will be sent.

If the buyer is purchasing the item as a gift, PLEASE inspect the item upon delivery and if there are any issues I ask that you contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.

If buyers are purchasing the item as a gift and having the item sent directly to the recipient, please have them contact me or please contact me yourself within 7 days of the item being received if there are any issues that need resolved.

I WILL NOT refund or exchange any item(s) after 14 days of the item being delivered to its destination.

If buyers are purchasing the item as a gift and having the item sent directly to the recipient, please contact me to let me know if you’d like a birthday/gift note included with the item. I try to theme the note with whatever the item is and will not charge extra for this.

I will not offer refunds for packages with a "delivered to destination" update via a USPS tracking number, I will offer to remake the item and charge a partial fee for a replacement to be sent. The fee is usually 50% of the items original cost plus normal shipping fees.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES OR FEES YOU MUST PAY TO THE POST OFFICE IF YOU ARE AN OVERSEAS BUYER. Please be aware of your own countries policies with mail and how or if there are extra fees, especially if you are a buyer from the UK.

Exchanges are accepted, but only on a case-by-case basis. In all cases, I must receive the original back before a replacement can be made.
I accept PayPal and direct checkout via Etsy.
Import duties, fees, taxes, etc. are the sole responsibility of the BUYER and only the buyer. NO refunds or returns will be offered or accepted for deliveries that are refused due to import duty, nor will the import duty itself be refunded. These fees have absolutely nothing to do with me; they are taxes levied by your home country.
Please also be aware that packages can take a long time to reach their destination, this pertains mostly to international packages.

I try to keep all of my shipping and handling charges as minimal as possible. My default shipping is First Class Domestic and First Class International for which I us the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) and every package will have a tracking number associated with it.

Please notify me if you would like expedited shipping or if you would like me to use another postal carrier ie. FedEx or UPS. THIS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

I print shipping labels directly from Etsy, so whatever address the buyer attaches to the order will be the address the package is sent to. PLEASE triple check to make sure that the address is correct before you complete the check-out process. If you contact me to make a change to the shipping address, I cannot guarantee that I will remember to make the change since I print multiple shipping labels at a time. I also cannot make changes nor will I refund an item that has already shipped to an incorrect address. I am not at fault for the package going to an incorrect address when incorrect information was initially entered by the buyer.

I reserve the right to charge a partial fee (usually 50% of the original cost of the item plus normal shipping fees) if the item is damaged or lost while in transit and if the buyer would like the item remade and sent again. Packages that are said to have not arrived, but the tracking number lists them as having arrived to their destination fall under this partial fee replacement option.

Once the item is shipped I have no control over how it is handled by USPS or any other mail carriers. If there is an excessive amount of damage or the package gets lost, please contact me. I reserve the right to offer to charge a partial fee to buyers who would like an item remade and sent again.
