Welcome to Texas Country Originals. I started this business because I wanted my efforts to benefit me, not someone else, as I have done most of my working life. I also wanted to work from home, using my creative efforts to enhance and enrich the lives of others, even if just esthetically.
I currently only accept PayPal. Having been both a seller and buyer, I find it really works well and makes both of our lives less complicated and allows for immediate gratification for both parties. If for some reason, PayPal won't work for you, please contact me first, before buying. Payment for purchases must be made within 2 days, unless you contact me first. The State of Texas requires me to charge 8.25% sales tax if I ship to an address in Texas. All sales are final, due to the nature of the products in my shop. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me before completing a purchase. I would be happy to answer any questions you have so that you have a satisfying shopping experience.
Buyers pay for shipping in addition to the item cost. I love to use USPS Priority Mail. They deliver 6 days a week and can get you your item in 2 - 3. I am happy to use UPS or Fedex as well, and would be happy to upgrade shipping to next day or overnight, at an additional charge. All items are sent insured and with tracking. Currently, I do not ship to other than US addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the nature of these products, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges, so please be sure of your purchase. Since all items are sent insured, please inspect your item before accepting delivery. If there is a problem, please note it when you sign for delivery and contact me so that I can help with your refund.
