Frequently asked questions

When will my item ship?

Please refer to the estimated delivery window provided by Etsy at checkout. Etsy will calculate an estimated delivery window using my current processing time. Please note that USPS continues to experience delays in their shipping network that are out of Etsy and my control. On average my processing times are 1-2 weeks, but this can increase during holidays and if I am on vacation.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom or personalized orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after order is placed. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on personalized items, unless it is there was an error due to the shop.

Digital mock-ups are available upon request, please take advantage of this service to ensure you will like the font you selected as returns will not be accepted for this reason. It is very important to read the description under each listing that provides detailed information about sizing, color, etc.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on personalized items. However if there was an error in personalization due to the shop please contact us for information on a replacement.

Inquiries for a return/exchange due to disliking the font chosen are not accepted as I offer free digital mock-ups upon request.

Forced returns will not be accepted.

Shipping labels are printed through Etsy so please make certain the address is correct. If an item is returned to my shop for insufficient address, the customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping fee again to have it shipped to the correct address.

Item not received or late

For physical items that have been shipped, check your shipping address on file with Etsy. If the address is correct and the item is marked "DELIVERED" by USPS, please contact your local USPS office to inquire about locating the package as they can GPS track the delivery scan.

We are not responsible for items once they are shipped as they are no longer in our control, I am unable to offer a refund or replacement for an item lost, delayed by customs, or delivered late by USPS. Please note, any customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
