About TexasTenacity
Specializing in "Heirloom-in-the-Making" baby items and "Fun-and-Found" home decor.
I grew up in a family with a long line of creators, inventors, seamstresses, painters, builders, mechanics, designers, etcetera and had no idea that not everyone was as blessed as I was to be exposed to the "arts".
Over the years I have tried many a craft; some to make ends meet and some just to test the waters. But for whatever reason I was sewing, painting, building or crafting, I always would get this sense of pride that in the end I had created something.
I must admit, some things I probably should have shied away from ... liquid embroidery anyone?? But many I fell in love with ...sewing, painting, tatting, quilling, crocheting, woodworking, to name a few.
So I guess that my "story" would simply be that I have been lucky to have been taught, mentored, nudged, critiqued, supported and encouraged by some of the most talented and creative artisans in the world ... my husband and my family.
I am excited for this adventure to begin and I appreciate tremendously that YOU have decided to come along with me as I test these unchartered waters.
I hope that you enjoy the changing landscape of my portfolio of products, as I strive to create a one of a kind item that will be cherished in your home as much as I cherished making it.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of these items, I am unable to offer a return or exchange.
I take great pride in the products that I produce and hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is any issue with your purchase please contact me, so that I can work with you to make it right!
In the event of an approved return, the customer is responsible for:
--Contacting me within 3 days of delivery.
--The return shipping costs.
--Providing a tracking number.
--Returning the item in its original condition, as the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of purchase.
I collect a 6.25% sales tax from Texas residents only.
Shipping
--All items are carefully wrapped to mitigate damage and help insure that they arrive at their destination in pristine condition.
--All shipping times are provided by USPS, are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
In the off-chance that your product arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, so I can assist in rectifying the situation.
Process for handling a damaged delivery:
--Photograph the package prior to opening.
--Photograph the contents.
--Save all packaging.
