Returns and exchange details
Shipping
I am based in the UK and several of my items are handmade. I try and reflect this in my estimated shipping times.
Unless otherwise selected, items will always be posted to the UK via first class Royal Mail, which does not provide tracking.
Items will be sent to the US, Europe and further afield via standard Royal Mail. This does not offer international tracking. If you require tracking, please get in touch but please bear in mind this will be considerably more expensive.
I cannot account for hold-ups or charges due to increased volume of mail, seasonal holidays or delays at customs.
