Returns and exchanges
Refunds are offered if there is an error on our part and contact is made within 2 days of receiving the order.
Packages that are sent back due to wrong address, and are not claimed and returned, will be subject to only a partial refund if contact is made within 30 days of the order date.
Refunds will be the purchase price minus 15% restocking fee to cover listing and transaction fees.
Lost, stolen and damaged orders are not subject to any refund. Shipping insurance is available and recommended for this.

Exchanges are also welcome, if a change in size or color are needed. In this case all of the purchase price value (not including shipping) will be applied to the exchange.

We accept Checks and Money Orders - must be received within 10 days of order. PLEASE contact to make arrangements or to notify us of your payment, otherwise we will assume the transaction is incomplete and cancel the order.

Credit Card via Paypal - you do not need a Paypal account for this, you can use your credit card. Just follow the steps after you click "pay with paypal."

Items will not ship until payment has cleared.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of cleared payment, some even same day. (Depending on the current volume of orders)

*Custom orders, and or large orders ie Decorative Muslin bags can take 5-7 days.
When current lead time is over 72 hours, an update will be posted in the announcements.

Most items ship First Class (3-5 days)
Expedited shipping is available upon request, or when size/ weight requires it.
Priority Mail (2-3 days)
Express Mail (Next Day)

All Domestic orders are provided with Free Tracking.

International transit times can vary from 7 days to several weeks depending on the shipping class.

PLEASE NOTE once the packages leaves the US Mail system WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER IT. Customs and the postal authorities take over as soon as USPS hands the package over. We can't track it and neither can USPS. Delays happen all of the time, usually because Customs have not cleared the package. Again, there is nothing we can do to expedite delivery. It's up to Customs and the postal authorities.

Customs and Import Duties: Your country of residence may impose duties or levy delivery or handling charges that you must pay because the order originated outside of your home country. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost paid to us for your merchandise and shipping.

When we indicate the value of the goods on the customs declaration we do not include shipping charges - it's the merchandise value only. Please do not ask that we mark the customs tag as a "gift" or "commercial sample", or to value the order at less than what you paid for the merchandise. Our doing any of those things is fraud. Thanks for understanding.

PLEASE make sure your Paypal and Etsy address is current, as that is the address we ship too . If a different address is used please contact, and leave a note "in your payment" from Paypal, or "Message to seller" box.
Due to the high Volume of orders and convos daily, there is a higher chance of error if the information is not attached to the transaction.

PLEASE NOTE... if a package is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE. Please make sure your accounts are up to date with a Valid shipping address.

We are not responsible for Lost, stolen and damaged items/ parcels, or Postal Services errors. After your order has shipped we have no control. Shipping insurance is optional and recommended though not included in the initial shipping cost. Please convo us before checkout to include shipping insurance if desired.

I will leave Feedback for "EVERY" transaction. Please note that this is a small operation with a Large volume of orders, convos and packages being handled daily as a first priority.

Q: Can I get a different quantity?

A: Yes, we will put up a listing for any amount needed.

Q: Can I mix and match?

A: Absolutely! Mix and match different colors, sizes, products, etc.
If you can't find what you need, contact us and a listing will be made just for you.

Q: I need a larger size, but don't see it listed. How can I order?

A: If you don't see an item you need, please contact to see if it's in stock. Most Larger Sizes are not fully stocked due to low demand, so will need to be special ordered.

Q: Do you do Company Logos?

A: Not at this time. Apologies!

Q: Are your products safe for packageing food?

A: Yes! All of my products are FDA approved and safe for any culinary need.

Q: Are you open to trade?

A: Yes! I Love creating working relationships with the Etsy community, and what better way than to trade and both get something Great out of it!
