Care instructions

All items are handmade so please handle with care! All drinkware should be handwashed gently. Please do not scrub the decal area or soak the cup if it glitter dipped. None are microwave safe.

Bulk Discounts

I will offer bulk discounts on a case by case basis since each of my items is different. I do not consider bulk discounts unless it is for at least 8 IDENTICAL items including personalization. Please message me with questions.

When will my order ship?

You can find the turnaround time in each listing under the Shipping & Policies tab, in your email confirmation after purchase and your scheduled ship date in your account under PURCHASES. (Just scroll down a little). I do have a RUSH FEE available if you need it sooner.

Do you have any warranties on your drinkware?

I cannot offer any warranties on my drinkware so please please be careful! I cannot provide replacements or refunds if you drop your cup and it breaks. Please handle with care!
