Thank you for stopping by That Semifero grrl's Etsy shop! I appreciate you taking the time to look at all of the handmade items I have to offer in my shop. All of my products are made in a non-smoking, but dog-friendly sewing studio. One can also find my handcrafted items in person at the following yarn stores: Knitting Fairy Yarn Studio in Grand Prairie, TX, MadTosh Crafts in Fort Worth, TX and Knit 2 Together in Russellville, AR.

Unfortunately, big brother is catching up with all of the small business of the world trying to collect any and all sales tax. For those of us who live in the great state of Texas, I have to collect sales tax for big brother. I do apologize for this taxation.
Most orders are shipped first-class mail (some ship Priority) and all orders ship within 2-3 days of purchase. I will e-mail you after the order ships so you will know it is on its way to you.

I will ship to international customers! Contact me for shipping before placing your order so I can calculate accurate postage rates.

I am not responsible for items lost in the mail (this has never happened but potentially could occur one day. My mail truck caught on fire one sunny summer day.) If you would like insurance, please advise me at the time of purchase. I want happy customers and will do everything I can to work with you in the event an item is lost in the mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goods are guaranteed to satisfy the customer's sales expectations. If for some reason you are unhappy with the product, the customer shall pay all shipping costs for returns. If the item is damaged during shipping, I will pay to have the item shipped back to me and replaced at no expense to you. Special Order items are non-returnable.
