In the event your item arrives damaged or you receive a different item from what you ordered, get in touch via the "Contact Shop Owner" button on the sidebar. Digital items purchases from That Sort of Shop are non-refundable.

You can use credit or debit cards, PayPal, or Etsy gift cards to pay for your purchase at That Sort of Shop. Shipping
STANDARD SHIPPING

Free standard shipping to the United States via USPS First Class Mail is included with your purchase. Orders submitted before 11:59 PM, Eastern Time on Thursday will go out by the following Friday or Saturday. You'll receive an e-mail notification once your item has shipped. Your package will not include a paper invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

That Sort of Shop offers auto-calculated international shipping to Canada. Canadian buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees that may be imposed by their country.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

USA order-by dates for major holidays will be posted in That Sort of Shop's shop announcement. That Sort of Shop can't guarantee holiday delivery, but according to USPS First Class mail estimates packages ordered by the date stated in the shop announcement should reach destinations in the USA before the holiday stated.

The items in That Sort of Shop are made by hand using carefully selected materials and methods in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. I aim to represent my items as accurately as possible in my photographs, but due to varying computer display settings the color scheme of your item may look slightly different in person than it does online.

That Sort of Shop can't typically offer a timeframe on restocking past designs.

Gift wrapping and packaging

That Sort of Shop's paper pennant banners come packaged in clear cellophane bags with cardstock toppers featuring the name of the shop and the design. We don't currently offer additional gift wrapping, but may do so in the future.
