Returns and exchanges
All sales are final on personalized items. Personalized items are considered "Special Order" items as each is custom made to your specifications. No refunds or returns are permitted. Please give your details for personalization very carefully. Your order will be embroidered exactly as specified on your order. Order sizes carefully as personalized items cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement. Personalized items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced with an identical item only once the original item has been returned. No refunds or replacements will be made after 7 days.

Items without personalization must be in its original unused condition and packaging to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. You must return the item within 7 days of your delivery receipt to receive a full refund. TSC Embroiery will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed returned items. We suggest insuring the return and using a delivery confirmation. We also do not refund the original shipping fee that you paid on the order.
We prefer payment at checkout and we gladly accept Paypal!

All Texas customers are subject to sales tax.
I ship through PayPal shipping. Please make sure your address is up-to-date with PayPal.

I mostly ship priority mail and first-class mail. If you'd prefer a different carrier, please let me know!
