Our store accepts Paypal only.
Once payment has cleared your items will be shipped within 2-3 business days by registered airmail from Thailand. This enables you to track the package shipment by its tracking number.

Please just convo me at time of purchase if you require faster shipping, insurance and we will work out the details.

Item should arrived to destination within 7-25 business days depend on custom of each country.

Please note that we will send item to you by Etsy's address,
if you have any change please leave msg in message to seller.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the item you have purchase please contact me within 7 days after you got them then we will work out in the details to return the package.
The return items must in it's original packaging for a full refund of the products purchase price. ( minus shipping) If you prefer to exchange the item please convo me and I will be more than glad to exhange the item for you(shipping fee is customer responsibility).

Lost during shipping? I hope not?
Items that are shipped over seas often become delayed, sometimes up to a month, in customs! , we may need to wait at least 30 days before taking any action.
We should open a dialog right away, however. For items lost in the mail Etsy custom leans towards: I refund cost of item, not include shipping fee. If you want a replacement item you pay half price for replacement & full shipping costs.

My addition to this policy is: I will replace on item that is truly lost after all efforts at recovery are exhausted or within 30 days.

Unclaim or return to sender package you can request for refund back ( not include shipping fee) or resending them again ( shipping fee is a customer responsibility)
