Frequently asked questions
Why are there ranges in the sizes? (ex. 8-12in)
The size range is necessary due to the variation of designs we offer. Because our designs are not exact shapes, some may be longer or wider in certain areas.
Custom and personalized orders
Personalization allows our FANs to add up to 12 additional letters to the design; for example, a word, phrase or name. It does not however, allow the changing of the original design itself.
Custom orders allow the customer complete control over the design. They can request changes to the original design or work with our designer to create something completely new. For this reason, the cost of custom orders will vary and will be higher than that of regular designs or designs with personalization. For custom orders, please contact us directly.
