The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We are more than happy to cancel your order as long as we receive your request before the item has been prepared for shipping. If you have received a tracking number it is too late to cancel. The sooner you contact us about a cancellation the more likely we will be able to do so for you.

We always try to offer only the best quality products that we can create. However, if you receive an item that you are not 100% satisfied with we will allow returns with these conditions:
1. You must contact us before returning an item. If we receive an item back with no notice we will reject it.
2. We will process your refund, minus the shipping charges, upon receiving the item and inspecting it.
3. Items must be in their original condition. (No wear, damage, cigarette smoke or other strong odors, etc.)
4. Returns must be made within 30 days.
5. The return shipping is the buyer's responsibility

Make sure your address listed on etsy is correct!

We only ship to the address that is given on Etsy during checkout. If the order has not been processed for shipping then we can adjust the address if you contact us with an edit - but it is best to have it correct during checkout so there is no possible problems.
If a package is returned to us due to an non-existent/incomplete address we will refund you, per our refund policy, once we receive the item.
*Note - packages returned in this manner are shipped the slowest possible way and so it might take awhile before we receive it back.
Packages sent to an old/incorrect address do not get returned to us and so we are unable to offer a refund on them.

Always double check your shipping address!

Sometimes packages will be required to be picked up from your post office. If they are not picked up within the specified time of your office, the package will be returned to us as unclaimed/refused.
Once we receive the package back we will provide a refund per our refund policy.
*Note - packages returned in this manner are shipped the slowest possible way and so it might take awhile before we receive it back.

If you receive an incorrect item or something that is drastically different from your order (such as a fire dragon when you ordered a water one), contact us as as soon as possible so we can try to get this corrected!

If your item arrives damaged due to the post/shipping we will need good quality photos of all damages (the packaging and contents) for our insurance purposes before we will issue a refund.
If there is something wrong with the item let us know so we can work with you on fixing any problems!

Lost packages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Packages need to have no update on tracking for at least 2 weeks (for domestic - 6 weeks for international) before they will start to be considered lost. Remember that the post can easily be overwhelmed during holidays/pandemic/natural disasters - which cause packages to be delayed.
The best thing to do is to contact your post office first to see if they can find the package. They have a form on the site - under help - where is my package.

If a package is marked as delivered, we view the package as being delivered. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you think there has been any mail theft than you should report to your Postal Inspector and local police
If mail theft is a worry in your area then please contact us before shipment to have a signature confirmation added to your order.
We accept payment through Paypal, credit card, and Etsy gift cards.

Once payment has cleared your item will begin to be processed for shipment.
Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Most items are shipped within 1 day of purchase - possibly even same day as long as it is not a weekend or holiday. You will be notified if there is any sort of delay in being able to ship your order.
(Made-to-order items are shipped based on the time that they are completed, not the purchase date - be sure to read the item's listing for the creation time estimate.)

All domestic packages are shipped First Class from USPS. Every package comes with delivery confirmation. (an avg. 3-5 day shipping est.) Priority Mail upgrade is available if preferred (it's a 2-3 day shipping est.)
*Note - USPS observes all national holidays and delays can occur around such dates. We do not guarantee delivery dates so it is always best to order early if you need an item for a specific time (especially during the months of Nov - Dec)

International packages are shipped first class international through the USPS/GPS. (tracking is sometimes available - delivery confirmation is included to countries: Canada, Australia, & United Kingdom)
Note: International Buyers are responsible for all Custom charges, taxes, fees, and any additional postal fees. Be sure to check with your local custom's office for estimates or information per your country's laws.

Where is my package?

Check your tracking number. Your tracking number is all we have as well, we do not have any additional information.

If there seems to be an issue with the tracking, then contacting the USPS is the best thing to do. They have a form on - Go to help - where's my package.

If you do not have a tracking number then contact us and we will work with you!

Custom and personalized orders

Yes and no. It depends on if we are currently accepting commissions as well as what the specifics are that you are wanting.

You can message us to see if we are taking any new commissions - and whatever details you have for the item you would be wanting.

We will then be able to let you know if the item is something we can make - when we would be able to make it - and what the estimate would be.
