Wholesale availability

If you are interested in buying prints wholesale or if you would like to customize a print, please contact us at info [!at] thegrqp.com. We are more than happy to work with you!

Shipping

All of our prints are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. We make every effort to get your print to you within a week of your order, but please expect 1-2 weeks for delivery. You will receive a follow up email once your item(s) have shipped with a tracking numbers for your convenience.

All orders are final sale

Make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order - we take no responsibility in orders shipped to the wrong address. However, if your order is damaged in the mail, please refer to our “Damaged Order” policy below and we will work with you to get the situation resolved to your satisfaction.

Damaged in the mail

We know the mail isn't always gentle so we take extra precaution by investing in quality, protective shipping supplies and individual wrappings/sleeves for prints inside of the packaging.

Once your order arrives, take extra care when opening and unwrapping, as we cannot assume fault for damage done while unpacking. Do not cut across packaging and do not tear at protective paper wrapping – remember, your order is delicate so take your time!

If you find that there has been any damage done to your order that was caused in transit, we are more than happy to replace the print for you. Within 72 hours, please email us with the subject line “Damaged Print” and include a photo of the damage so we can resolve the situation.

Lost in the mail

If you believe your order has been lost in the mail, please refer to your tracking number and estimated delivery times. If you find an issue, please email us with the subject line “Lost in the Mail” and include your name and receipt/transaction number. If we find that your order is lost and will not be delivered, we will gladly replace your order.
