I focus in helping women over the age of 40 who are concerned with the physical aspects of getting older, such as with varicose veins, age spots, skin tags, etc.. By using natural remedies, they can look younger, and feel good about their bodies.
I also help those who suffer from chronic or acute conditions, who are tired of taking drugs day after day, want natural solutions for pain relief and desire to be in control of their health, once and for all.

My Dream
I've always loved gardening. Getting my hands in the dirt, basking in the sun, listening to the birds, all the while I'm pulling weeds.
A few years ago, I started planting herbs so I could have them fresh for cooking with. I started reading more and more about them and learned they have medicinal purposes, along with other plants in the neighborhood. It fascinated me and I wanted to learn more about how I could improve and maintain my health and those I love.
Today I'm passing along the information I've learned and am still learning, so that you may also be able to own the balance of your health and those around you.
I make all my products with plants I've grown, harvested, foraged or purchased locally, when I can. I purchase from trustworthy places, such as Mountain Rose Herbs, and from local food co-ops.
I am continually educating myself by attending herbal conferences and seminars, taking classes, watching webinars and listening to podcasts. I love learning! One of my favorite places to get information is Herbal Mentor.
I hope I can share some natural, herbal knowledge with you, so that you may lead a more healthy life!
