1 out of 5 starsPlaced an order on Feb 5th for a necklace that was supposed to ship between Feb 14th-21st. Then an update that it would ship between the 22nd-26th. I messaged the seller twice about an update and never got a reply. Wasn’t until today, March 3rd, almost a month later I opened a case with Etsy that the shop owner has decided to cancel my order and issue a refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT COMMUNICATE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

1 out of 5 starsI have not received my items from this seller nor have I received any correspondence as to why my items were not delivered in a timely manner. I was extremely excited to receive these items but now I am gravely disappointed in the service I have received as well as the lack of consideration as a customer.

1 out of 5 starsWas promised this by the 19 th and haven’t received anything, also emailed seller twice with no reply, was hoping to have this by Christmas seeing how I ordered it a month ago... So seller promised she would send “another” out to be here today, and there is nothing... I would not recommend buying anything from her. Forget trying to email her because she doesnt respond Email to her: The fact you told me I would have it Monday and I didn’t instead of being honest, you wouldn’t reply to any emails. You didn’t send it the first time like you said you did. You are a horrible person to order from and that’s a shame. I will leaving another review to warn people about the way you are. I hope you are happy with yourself.

The escalating rants speak for themselves about this buyer. I have communicated with this person and sent out a second order. Online selling and buying is at the mercy of the postal system. This time of year, shipments get delayed and even lost. Just this morning I received a message from her saying “I would like a refund ASAP.” I clicked on the tracking link from her order and the status had been “Out for Delivery” for 3 hours. She either can’t figure out how to check or thinks she can threaten a seller with additional hateful review comments. You can’t fix crazy or irrational. Just part of doing business online where buyers can hide behind a screen. Some people shouldn’t shop online. Etsy needs to implement a buyer review system to warn other sellers!

1 out of 5 starsI would not recommend ordering from this vendor! She was very nice when she responded, but never received 2 out of 3 orders that she supposedly sent!! 45.00 LOSS!!

This buyer not only received the order she paid for, she also received a FREE replacement cuff because I personally noticed she ordered the baby size cuff for a 7 year old. So I sent another cuff in the correct size without charging her for the item or for shipping it. I actually lost money on this order, not the buyer. However, when she didn't receive the free item by the child's birthday, she left this review deciding that the whole order was pointless since she didn't have a cuff to fit the child to give on her birthday. I've given adequate time and opportunity for her to receive the free cuff, gift it and give different feedback before posting my response.

1 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, this has been a disappointing and long process to get my order. First order, which took a couple weeks, was lost by the postal service (not vendor's fault). Replacement order took a few more weeks. Finally received order in mail (over 1.5 months from original order), and it did not meet my expectation and did not match the product that is advertised on ETSY. I have reached back out to vendor and sent a picture, however have not received a reply in over a week now. Not sure what is going on, but this has been a very frustrating process.

The item ordered didn’t match the item on Etsy because it was a custom order. The buyer didn’t like the placement of the stamping on the dog tag.
