Thank you for stopping by the Pièce de Résistance and taking interest in our lovely products.
While some of our sweets do not contain nuts, tree nuts, or seeds; other baked goods in our kitchen do. Our products are made in an area that may contain chocolate, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, barely, rye, oats, and seeds. Mmm yummy... unless your allergic.

Please order as soon as possible so we can ensure plenty of precious time on your freshly baked treasures. All cookies are made to order and their decorations need sufficient time to dry before being packaged and sent off.

Shipping
Oodles of care go into the packaging of your cookies to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in the same condition they leave ours.
Shipping is done through USPS priority mail which is should to take two to three business days, depending on your location. We prefer to ship Monday - Wednesday to avoid orders sitting in the post office over the weekend. All orders are packed in their own bakers box packed in tissue paper in it's shipping box with a confirmation number to ensure a safe arrival at your door!
Note: We heart our USPS, however they will leave your treasure on your doorstep. It is best to bring them in as soon as possible. Extreme temperature change or extended exposure to high heat can cause the frosting colors to bleed.
Shipping insurance is always an option, and a good one. To insure your cookies it's $1.80 per dozen, $2.30 for two dozen. Just leave me a note when you order and I will be sure to insure it!

Refunds and Exchanges
We want all of our customers to be 100% pleased with the products they order. Please take in mind some of our treats are of a fragile nature and although we take great care in packaging them one might break from time to time. If your ordering for favors or for an event it is always a safe bet to order a few more than needed, just in case.
Because there is no way we can customize shipping costs. If your paid shipping cost greatly exceeds the actual shipping costs entailed, we will be sure to refund the difference.
