Payment
PayPal is our accepted method of payment. Layaway is available for furniture pieces. The price of the item and cost of shipping will be agreed upon prior to accepting any deposits. The required deposit for layaway is 20% of the item price (not including shipping). The deposit is nonrefundable since the item will be taken "out of the store", all other funds are refundable should the buyer decide to cancel the purchase. Layaway for an item is good for 60 days unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller. When payment in full, item and shipping cost, has been received shipment will be handled within five business days.
Shipping
Items purchased will be shipped within five days, after payment has cleared.We understand that your purchase is precious to you and we make sure that proper materials (bubble wrap, peanuts, paper) are used to help ensure a safe delivery. We do our best to be environmentally friendly and try to reuse packing material and like new boxes if possible. If you desire a new box, please message us through Etsy, and we will honor your request. Payment for shipping is the buyer's responsibility, with the required amount noted on most listings, exceptions are typically written within the item description. Priority or Express shipping is available upon request, however the buyer will be responsible for the increase in shipping cost, which will be handled through a private listing. Local pickup and delivery is available in the Phoenix Metro area for large items (i.e. furniture). Shipping/freight quotes for large items are available, with cost being the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer has a preferred freight company, buyer may assume full responsibility for transport upon request. Insurance and tracking are also available upon request.
International shipping is available on an individual basis, based on the item's size/ weight and destination.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are considered final, shipping insurance may be purchased upon request for potential damage or loss.
