the T bird

the T bird is my own personalised printing business which I established in May 2014, and have been doing full time since July of the same year. I’m pleased to say that it’s doing well!

Lots of people ask what ‘the T bird’ means… no it’s not Grease and it’s not Thunderbirds!! Actually the ‘T’ used to stand for t-shirts as that’s what I started out making, and now it stands for Tea because I make millions of mugs (and drink gallons of the stuff too haha). ‘Bird’ is just because that’s what I am! I am the T bird!

Almost everything I make is done so using a process called sublimation which embeds ink into the product I’m printing, using a heat press. You can’t feel a print once it’s on; it can’t peel off and it won’t fade. It also means that our standard mugs are 100% dishwasher safe!

The only product currently not sublimated is the baby vests with a design on the front, and they are printed vinyl meaning I can print photos and anything you want in full colour!!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we can only accept returns in the unlikely event that your item reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition.

If this does happen, please email Contact Us and we’ll send you a form and the address to return your item to. Of course, we’ll also pay the return postage.

If you return an item to us without first getting a form, it may delay your refund.

Please let us know within 30 days if you haven't received your item, so we can investigate for you. We won't be able to accept any claims outside of this 30 day period.
All our items are sent Second Class, You can upgrade for £1 to first class. Next day delivery is available if you order before 2pm - this is only available to the UK.

Please note, if you order next day delivery after 2pm on a Friday, all day Saturday and all day Sunday, your order won't be sent until Monday, and will be delivered on Tuesday.
