How I Became theWRAPstar
I've always loved crafts of all kinds but jewelry making has become a real part of my life these past few years.
I first started working with wire in 2007. A friend and I used to have great fun with hardware wire from the Dollar store. I've come a long way since then though - thank goodness!
I have some pretty nasty health problems now in my old age (32!) so making jewelry has become a huge relief for me. Many days I'm stuck at home, sometimes even in bed, but my hands haven't let me down yet so I can always hold a pair of pliers.
I never planned to go far with my jewelry but I have loved building this little shop and making things that people really want to wear.
I don't have a business plan, or specific goals, or any of the things I'm supposed to have! But I am a stickler for quality and customer service. I'm pretty much obsessed with getting things just right so you're sure to love your WRAPstar jewelry!

Here are some approximate shipping times ..............
Within Canada - 4-5 BUSINESS days OR MORE during peak times
To United States - 10 BUSINESS days OR MORE during peak times. Times vary based on your local postal service and the mood of the customs agents.
Everywhere Else - 1-3 weeks International shipping varies by country because of the many different customs processes. It's just not possible for me to give an accurate time for every country.
I will not consider a package lost until it is 10 BUSINESS DAYS OVERDUE. Packages that are LOST IN THE MAIL will be replaced at no cost to you IF you purchased shipping insurance. If you did not purchase the insurance then I will not provide a replacement or refund. Orders that total over $100 USD before shipping will automatically be insured, tracked, and replaced at no cost to you if they are lost.

Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds for the following issues ...
- If you ordered the wrong size or color.
- If you forgot to leave color choices with your order and receive what is pictured.
- Orders that are LOST IN THE MAIL. You are very welcome to and encouraged to purchase shipping insurance so that your order can be replaced at no cost to you.
- Items that are not properly cared for and lose the poly coating and/or tarnish after. This can be avoided by keeping the jewelry dry and free from lotions, cleaners, makeup, etc. In rare cases, some body chemistries (highly acidic) will cause discoloration and is not caused by improper care. I will still not provide refunds for this situation - but you will learn for a fairly low price that you are one of the unlucky few who doesn't handle silver well.
Additional policies and FAQs
I realize that you will love your jewelry and want to wear it every single day, everywhere you go, but please remember that there are some places it just shouldn't go with you! I have many customers who are happy with their jewelry months and years later, and others who are upset within a few weeks because of damage. It's up to you to keep it in good shape! Love it!
The VAST majority of my customers are super happy with their jewelry for a long time - but there are an unlucky few who have had seen discoloration on the wire and/or their skin. This is VERY RARE but definitely possible for those with certain a body chemistry. It has only ever been reported to happen with rings - likely because rings are in such close contact with your skin and inevitably get treated rougher.
