Returns and exchanges
REFUNDS:
Please be aware that each item is individually hand-lettered/hand-painted, so no two are exactly alike. The same is to be said about natural mediums, such as wood grains and slate cuts. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let me know and will try my best to find a solution! Please note that I am not able to offer refunds/exchanges on custom items unless there is an error on my part.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
On the rare occasion that an order (that is shipped Priority Mail or has insurance) is damaged on it's adventure to your mailbox, the buyer must inform The Adirondack Ink within 1 week of it's delivery date with a description of how the item was damaged during shipping and a photo of the damage. This documentation will allow The Adirondack Ink to advocate on the buyer's behalf and hold USPS responsible for the damage.
Payment
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations will only be accepted on the same day that an order is placed. Given the handmade nature of each piece, I am unable to cancel an order in the days following the order date when production has began. I appreciate your understanding of this matter.
Shipping
SHIPPING:
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Currently, we are only able to ship within the continental United States via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
