I want you to love your new item, and feel confident that you will! If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 3 days, and if it has not been personalized and was not a custom order, I will allow a return. Shipping cost to return is your responsibility; I will issue a refund of the purchase price when I receive the item. I won't refund the original shipping cost. Please return item exactly as it was mailed, in it's original condition. * I do not allow returns on custom items, as they are made especially for you. That said, if you really are unhappy with it, please send me a message within 3 days of receiving it, and I will work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Thank You.
Payment
I accept all methods of payment: PayPal, and all major credit cards via Direct Checkout (through Etsy). Georgia residents will be charged a 7.0% sales tax rate on any item purchased. I know, I know, I hate it too - but it's the law.
Shipping
I ship my boxes via USPS Priority Mail; Etsy will calculate the exact shipping amount based on your zip code.
* Please note, if you are on the West Coast of the United States, the shipping cost calculated with your zip code will be more than it has to be; I will ship your item via Priority Medium Flat Rate Mail for $11.95 and will refund any overage back to you via the method paid when I ship it.
** For ANY clients in the U.S., if the shipping cost is more than $11.95 (for a box, or a box and dividers together, etc...) I will ship it in the Flat Rate box and refund the overage to you via the method paid. (that would not apply to 2 or more boxes purchased together, which would be too large to fit in the Flat Rate box - but for one box and as many dividers as you need).

My dividers can be shipped via Priority Mail or First Class Mail; you can choose which method during checkout and Etsy will charge the correct shipping amount for that.

*Also, I am happy to ship Internationally; the correct shipping rate will be calculated for my International clients during checkout as well.

If you would like me to purchase insurance on your item for you, let me know before you buy and I will adjust your invoice. I am not responsible for any item lost in the mail.
