Frequently asked questions

How can I use downloads?

Items/downloads purchased are for your personal use only, and are not to be used for commercial or resale purposes. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the file. They are for NON-COMMERCIAL use only. THE ALL TUCKED INN (TM) retains all legal rights. If you choose to post photos of my products on the internet, credit to THE ALL TUCKED INN including the link http://thealltuckedinn.etsy.com is required. Thanks for your cooperation!

I purchase a download, then what?

Once you place your order, the files are immediately available! Store them on your computer for home printing at your convenience. You can also save to a thumb drive and bring to a local printing service such as Staples, Office Max/Depot or FedEx/Kinkos. Smaller printing houses are great for high quality wall prints on acid-free paper, for a special gift

Can I purchase an illustration or design to use in one of my products?

Artwork/designs are available for re-use with your products/packaging at an additional charge. Please contact me and I will provide an estimate. May be applied to products sold on Etsy or similar website, or at a retail store, farmer's market, craft show, holiday fair, etc. Credit to THE ALL TUCKED INN (TM) must be given in product description or display

Will the images/colors look the same in person?

All computer monitor colors vary and although I have tried to describe colors/hues accurately, they might not appear as you wish or expected. In such a case you can make adjustments to saturation, color and contrast that are more to your liking. If you do not have Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator there are free editing software downloads available online

Are they easy to print at home?

**I will happily print & ship any "download" listing for you ~ contact me for info**

All downloads are high resolution 300dpi. They print well on any printer with the ability/inks to print quality photographs

When printing on heavier paper, your printer should have a rear paper feeder that accepts single-feed thicker sheets

It is advised that you do not use files with cutting guide lines on front unless necessary, in case your cutting does not aline exactly. Using back page files for cutting guides is preferable, or contact me and I will send you files with no lines at all

Without a higher quality printer, I recommend using a printing service {Staples, Office Max/Depot, FedEx/Kinkos} or feel free to contact me for print & ship pricing

What's the best way to print adhesive labels/tags?

People have mixed results when using label templates. Many of my products are formatted to use with Avery adhesive label/sticker templates, and there is always a possibility the templates will not line up properly when a label sheet runs through your printer.

To avoid this potential problem, using 8-1/2x11" full sheet adhesive labels, and cutting each tag down to size, is a great option.

If you are unfamiliar with using Avery templates, or haven't had much luck in the past, I recommend either using the full sheet label method or printing on card stock, trimming down each label and using your own favorite adhesive method.
