They could have assumed, but they contacted me immediately & explained the color format. I greatly appreciate that. The quality of these zipper pulls are by far the best I have purchased so far. The selection of colors & these are about an 1.25 inches longer than the standard cord pulls you get. The snap also is a much higher quality than the standard snap. Highly Recommend

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I do accept custom orders. For certain items, there may be a minimum purchase required. Please contact for more information.
Rush service
Handling times are stated in each listing. If you need your items quicker than the posted time frame, please contact me before purchasing. Once I know your deadline, I can offer options to get it to you in time.
When will my item arrive?
Many items are made to order, handling time varies by item. Upgrading shipping, does not speed up the handling time.
Time in transit within the US
1st class mail - 2-6 business days
priority mail - 1-4 business days
express mail - 1-2 business days
Please be aware that the PO does not guarantee delivery times for 1st class and priority mail. Deliver times for these services are based on postal service estimates and do not guarantee actual arrival dates.
International orders can take 2-5 weeks to arrive and may get delayed in Customs.
My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?
As long as you provide me with the correct shipping address, before the order is shipped, it can be changed. Once the order is shipped, it's too late to change it.
You are responsible for providing the correct address. If the package gets returned to me, I can reship it to you, for an additional shipped cost. If the item does not get returned to me there's nothing I can do.
Pinback, Flatback, Magnet - What's the difference?
Pinback - includes a pin on the back
Magnet - these are refrigerator type magnets
Flatback - have a flat metal back, great for craft projects and game tokens
Orders for personalized or custom items missing instructions (order details).
If you forgot to include important info with your order or your instructions are unclear, I will send several messages to try and reach you. If I don't hear back, I will try to complete the order with the info provided.
If you ordered a paracord bracelet and didn't include or respond with a size, you will receive a bracelet made to fit an 8" wrist.
