Exchanges on Beads
If you are not 100% happy with your order contact me. I do accept returns and exchanges on beads. Since buying beads online can be a challenge when it comes to colors. Beads must be returned unopened and unused and within 14 days of being received. Buyer is responsible for the return cost of shipping.

Why is the container is I received is not full, some are filled higher than others.
All the beads are measured by weight to be 5 grams on a scale that measures to the 10th of a gram. Some beads are heavier than others due to their coating and finishes so 5grams take up less space.
Wholesale availability
While I do not offer wholesale prices if you would like to place orders of large quantities we can discuss discounted price. Tax is charged on all orders. Please be aware that large quantities may not be in stock and will be ordered from my supplier once payment is received. Please allow additional time for the order to be received.

Bead packaging
Beads ordered at the 5 grams price will come in tubes. Bead amounts larger than 10g of the same color will come in labeled bags instead of tubes unless you message me requesting otherwise.
Beads purchased at the 25 gram price will always be packaged in bags.
Containers will be put in zipped bags so they will not open during shipping. Multiples of the same item will be packaged together when possible.
