Thank you for noting our shop policies. We aim to bring a little light and love to your post box, and welcome any feedback on the policies listed below. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like to explore custom-made options.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept payment through Paypal only. Please try to complete payment within 48 hours, so that we might send your items on their way. Items not paid for within 4 days will be relisted.

CUSTOMS/TAXATION:

Please note that buyers are responsible for ensuring that they pay clearance costs for imports of items should such taxes/costs be required.
Shipping
TURNAROUND TIME:

Ready-to-ship items will be posted the next working day after payment is received. Items made to order will be ready to ship within 2 weeks. Other custom requests may take longer – we’ll be able to give you a timeline once you’ve outlined a specific request.

IN THE POST:

Normal postage to destinations in the South Africa usually takes 4-6 working days. If you'd like express delivery to reduce this time, please contact us and we'll send you an updated invoice.

Airmail delivery to international destinations usually takes 10-18 working days from the date of posting - unfortunately we can't guarantee how long it will take as this depends on both the SA and foreign postal services. But we'll do our best to update you on any major delays in the SA postal system. International express delivery is very expensive, but should you wish to consider that option, please add this is the 'message to seller' so we can adjust the invoice.

We obtain tracking numbers and will send the number of your parcel to you as soon as it is posted. While we have never lost an item through the South African postal service, all postal services have the potential for loss or damage. If you wish to add postal insurance to your purchase, please note this in the message to seller and we will update your invoice accordingly. We can unfortunately not issue refunds for items damaged or lost during transit. However, we make sure that we package all items securely to minimise potential transit damage.

***USPS UPDATE***
USPS no longer displays tracking of international items posted from South Africa (as well as most other countries in the world) on its website. Presumably this is a financial measure on the USPS side, and countries that haven't "upgraded" (i.e. paid a fee to USPS) will continue to have their parcels' data collected, BUT it will not displayed online. You should be able to track your parcel within the USA if you call your local post office with your tracking number. We apologise for the inconvenience and will be looking into other ways to ensure complete online tracking. More details about "tracking suppression" can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/h5set53
Refunds and Exchanges
We do our best to ensure that you will receive your item in good condition and that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, we will happily provide a refund of the sale price and initial postage costs to you. The postage cost to return the item to us will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued when we receive the returned item.

Please note that we will not issue refunds for good damaged/lost in the post. Should you wish to insure your delivery against a possible loss, please note our shipping insurance policy (Shipping – IN THE POST).

We will accept notifications of returns up to 1 month after a transaction is completed. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns after such time without proof that they were posted back to us within the require time period.
