I respect my customers and do want you satisfied with our communication, the item you purchased and with the shipping including the cost and the delivery time. I pack very well to prevent breakage of the vulnerable vintage items I sell. My shipping costs are higher when I double box items, but it does keep them safer in transit. Most items I offer to ship Internationally.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
I list these refund guidelines as protection for both of us, buyer and seller.
If I have misrepresented the item in any way or you can provide a reasonable explanation of why you are not satisfied with the item, please convo me ASAP. I accept returns with these conditions being met:
The buyer pays to ship it back to me with insurance to cover the price originally paid for the item AND with tracking.
The item must be in the same condition as shown in the original photographs in the listing.
You must mail the item back within 14 days of the date you received it from me.

I will return payment, the price of the item, to the same PayPal or Etsy's Direct Checkout account. I do not refund if an item is returned to me by the Post Office because you did not pick up the delivery, but I will mail it to you a second time if you (again) pay the postage to ship it to you the second time.

Please note: Seasonal items, such as Halloween masks or vintage clothing, cannot be returned!
PayPal or Credit Card via Direct Checkout through Etsy are accepted. If needed, I am open to lay away plans, just convo me before purchase. You can also purchase a gift certificate for use in my shop, which is a great gift idea!
I usually ship first class for small items. Larger items are sent parcel post and can take up to 10 business days. I will ship out within 3 business days. I usually double box any breakable vintage item so they weigh more than just the product. I do not include insurance on items normally, but will gladly provide insurance for the fees charged if you contact me before making payment. I normally ship with USPS tracking.
Since I have such a variety of items for sale, the majority of my listings have specific information on any refund of excess shipping estimates in each listing that applies to that item. If I have underestimated my shipping costs, I may request additional shipping costs from you. This is mostly for International orders since so many rates have changed and it is hard to estimate correctly. I will always give you the opportunity to cancel your order if you do not agree with the additional shipping costs.
International buyers need to be aware of the custom fees that may apply in their own countries, and must be willing to comply with them. I gladly ship just about anywhere!
Additional policies and FAQs
I know how disappointing it is to receive an item that is damaged or broken in transit, so I really take extreme care when packaging my items for you with recycled packaging. My customers always love the green way I pack items.
I will always purchase insurance upon your request and upon payment of same.

If there is breakage in transit and you have asked me to insure it, the USPS requires the purchaser to bring the packaged box with all the items and all of the original packaging (the way I packaged it) into your local post office with my original receipt. I will mail the original receipt to you if required. The amount you receive back is dependent upon the item and the insurance. I will pack as safely as I can so that you, my buyer, will hopefully not have to experience this problem.
I will ship International but please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Delivery dates are not provided on International orders and all countries are different. If you do not accept an item at customs and that causes me a return charge, it will be taken off the original price of the item.
