(International, Hawaiian, & Alaskan customers in general & ALL customers purchasing BULK, LARGE, OR HEAVY orders) Customers may be invoiced additional shipping costs prior to their package being sent due to recent usps shipping rate increases. This is not pleasant for me or for you, but invoicing you the actual cost to process and ship your items is the only fair way to handle it-- otherwise I come out feeling like I've done you a personal favor.
It's not bait and switch or highway robbery-- I've just covered those costs myself too many times (feeling too shy or worried to ask), but I CANNOT afford it.

I will PROMPTLY reimburse excess shipping, handling, packing & processing fees if there are any of a significant amount. (Over a dollar or so depending on the total cost of the transaction. I'm not wasting your time and mine sending you a dollar on a $200 transaction, but if you spent $23 that's a more significant part of your transaction, so I will).
Risking the occasional overcharge is simply the smoothest way to charge shipping and handling fees in an etsy transaction.

Etsy sends a message to you automatically when I submit the tracking information.
Shipping from my post office to your mailbox typically takes 2-5 business days (more often than not, it's three, but I can't promise that as it's out of my control; it's nice to have tracking information for that very reason).
Standard USPS Post takes about 5 days to a week while priority is said to be 2-3 business days.

You are responsible for customs fees. If you refuse your package at customs because you do not want to pay the fees, you will NOT receive any sort of refund when they give up and send it back to me god-knows-when. Duties and customs are the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be covered by me!

MEASUREMENTS

I provide measurements when necessary, describe my items, take my pictures as accurately as possible (and provide you with as many as I can per item to assure you have an accurate impression of it). My computer shows pictures differently than my phone, and your screen may show pictures differently than those.

"±" (plus/minus) means "GIVE OR TAKE".

If you see that symbol on an item and you're concerned because the item has to be a certain size or you just need to know for sure to the millimeter, just send me a message and I'll measure that way!

PHOTOGRAPHS

All monitors/screens are different and displays of my images will vary; the color on your monitor is different than the color on mine, and mine is different from my phone, where it's different from the item!
If exact color is of importance, contact me. I will go as far as grabbing a paint chip at the big-box or home improvement store. If you do the same in your area, I can say "yes, it is more hazy sage than it is cucumber" (you get the idea).

I want you to be happy, and I'll answer any questions you have regarding your product prior to purchase.

I would never send you anything that I was not 100% confident in and proud of. I am a perfectionist.

AGAIN: If you need your item by a specific date, please let me know at the time of purchase... then I won't just jump through hoops, I'll do whatever is in my power to have it to you prior to that date, barring acts of god, etc. of course!
Shipping can take time too; at times my fiancé helps by acting as a courier in order to lessen delays in shipping.
