I strive to make sure my customers are as happy as they can be with my products. Please feel free to ask any all all questions you need to before purchasing.
I strongly dislike people who "copy" or use copyrighted items that they have no right to. With this in mind I strive to make my images as original as possible.

Payment
I prefer paypal (credit cards included) though will accept money orders. No other forms of payment are accepted.

You may cancel an order but If I have shipped the item it must be returned to me. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
If it is a case of accidental purchase just email me as soon as it happens and everything will be taken care of.
You only have 2 days to change your mind about a purchase because I usualy will have the item shipped after that.

If you purchase a custom artwork from me I require 30% of the price upfront. Once we have finalized the sketch I require the rest of the payment before I will give you an unwatermarked version of your piece/ your finished original. Revisions are permitted on digital pieces at any time. However on real media (marker) pieces once I have inked a piece it is impossible for me to change things without starting over. If you absolutly must have a change after that I will charge $1 for each time I must start over.

Customers in West Virginia must pay a sales tax as I am based in WV.
Shipping
I print the items as the orders come in, I go through a pro shop and this takes about 2 days to process. I then mail the items via USPS. By default I send via the cheapest service. If expedited or a different service is required I will gladly do so but the buyer is responsible for any additional fees for the service.

All Prints are shipped flat with a protective rigid backing (cardboard) in addition to the already stiff matting. Envelopes are moisture resistant so that in case your mailman likes to place items out in the rain or your box leaks ect. The envelopes are also lined in bubblewrap but I am not sure that makes much difference.
In the case of the 10x13 prints, I must ship them in modified boxes, so the previous statement about being water resistant does not apply.

Signature confirmation and insurance provided on each item Sent to the US by default.

If it is damaged in shipping I only ask the shipping price to send a replacement. A scan or the actual damaged print is required.

Gift wrapping is available upon request for a small additional charge depending on the size of the item. Art cards come wrapped nicely in tissue paper and ribbon by default.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any fees that are associated with shipping to your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted but only within the first 30 days. Custom Artwork is not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges are accepted though you must pay for the return shipping of the exchanged items.

If it is damaged in shipping I only ask the shipping price to send a replacement. A scan or the actual damaged print is required.

If somehow your print becomes damaged while you display it I will give you 50% off a replacement print. All that is required is a scan or photo of the damage.
Additional policies and FAQs
Cossission/Custom work policies:

All artwork requested must adhere to US laws (No underaged people in sexual situations ect.)

The process of completing your work is as follows:
You add the listing to your cart and purchase or contact me and I will make a custom listing that better fits what you are requesting.
I recieve your order and then email you asking for reference pictures, your specific wants ect.
I then make a preliminary sketch to show you I am understanding what you want.
You approve the sketch or ask for revisions.
Once approved I then being.
If a digital piece it will be completed in stages. First will be base colors, which I will send you for approval. They will look very rough and flat. it will only be a reprensentation of the colors I will be using. After that I will work on various sections of the piece, usually the main figures first then the background elements. to see my usual digital process please see this blog post I made: http://artofstacy.wordpress.com/2010/05/20/trust-me-the-process-behind-the-piece/
Once you have approved the final piece I will save it in jpeg format (by defalt, please request other formats wanted/needed). It will be printable up to the size which we agreed upon. Unless otherwise agreed upon you will have limited reproduction rights. What is limited is the fact you cannot use my artwork in any comercial ways unless we agreed on it to begin with. This means no cafepress or zazzel creations, if you want this type of thing I can upload your item and create the wanted items. You also cannot make anything you would sell, such as a glass tile pendant ect.
Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon, your rights are as follows. You may print your custom artwork as many times as you want, this means through a pro printing service for prints only or through your own printer. You may not claim my work as your own.

For marker/real media I will go from sketch to a cleaned up sketch then I will use "inking pens" to trace the pencil lines and make them stand out more. This is part of my style.
I will send you the inked piece for approval. Small revisions only can be made. The ink is permanent and really I can only add, not take away.
Once approved, I will then color it with the markers.
Extra things like glitter or other embellishments may be added if I discuss it with you and you like my ideas.
The original will then be properly packaged so as to arrive to you safely.
You may not reproduce the original image in any way other than to scan and show off on your personal website/social media page. Photos of it being displayed are encouraged so you can send them to me to show off. You may not claim my work as your own.
