Thanks for visiting The Ash Grove. Everything you see here is 100 percent handmade, using affordable, high quality materials. Because if the materials are affordable to me, then the end product will be affordable to you. And in today’s economy, I think we can all use a bit more of that.

That being said, if you would prefer to have one of my items made with different materials (i.e. sterling silver wire rather than silver plated), please contact me. I love to customize my items!

I also enjoy reusing and upcycling whenever I can, and generally try to use the most eco-friendly materials I can find.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, I will gladly exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. If the new item is less than what you paid for the original, I will refund you the difference.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred during any return/exchange.

If preferred, I will offer a store credit equal to the amount paid for the original item in place of exchange.

All photos are guaranteed to be as accurate as possible. Any differences in color, etc. between the photo and the actual item are noted in the item description.

All items are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when shipped. Items are carefully packaged to avoid damage.

If an item does arrive damaged, please send a clear photo of the item and a written description of the condition in which the item arrived. I will exchange damaged items, free of charge.

I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package is lost, please contact your local post office.

You have a maximum of 30 days after receiving the item to request a refund/exchange.
I accept Paypal (preferred) and domestic money order

Payment is to be made within 3 days of your purchase (except in case of mitigating circumances, i.e. emergency, natural disaster, apocalypse, etc.*). If there has been no payment and no attempt to contact me after 3 days, I will cancel the transaction.

*In all seriousness, if for some reason, you absolutely, positively can not make your payment on time, please contact me and, depending on the circumstances, I will either extend the deadline or cancel the sale.
I ship USPS First Class by default, but I will gladly ship Priority or Express (or any other method you may prefer). Just specify your preference in the "Message to Seller" field when you check out.

I will gladly combine shipping.

I will ship your package as soon as I receive your payment. Or, at the latest, one business day thereafter (unless, of course, it is a custom item which must be made first).

Delivery confirmation is included. Insurance is available upon request and highly recommended.

If a shipping rate is not listed for your country, please contact me with your address so I can calculate shipping for you.

Unless otherwise notified, I will ship to your Etsy address. If your Paypal address differs from your Etsy address, I will contact you for confirmation before shipping. I apologize for any delay this may cause, but I want to be sure you get the item you ordered.
