I'm sorry that the package took longer than normal to arrive. It looks like it was delayed in the Christmas rush and winter storms. I see that the review was posted on December 16th and the item was marked as delivered on December 17th. I have reached out via convo to make sure the package arrived safely. If it arrived too late I am more than willing to process a return.
