The Baha Bowtique Beginnings
My husband and our younger daughter wear Bone Anchored Hearing Aids (BAHA). Our daughter’s Pontos came with one softband. What if it gets dirty? She needs more color options too! But to purchase another softband from the manufacturer cost $80.
I enjoy creating beautiful accessories for my girls, so I adapted headbands to hold her Ponto. Then I started The Baha Bowtique to help families like ours by providing high quality, affordable softbands, which children love to wear.
Softbands are lined with your choice of either a second layer of elastic, or non-slip velvet, to make them soft and comfortable, while holding the BAHA snugly. Baha Bowtique softbands are sewn with coordinating color thread, making them sturdy, durable and aesthetically pleasing.
Custom softbands are made with a flexible ring to hold the Button Block Connector, which holds the Baha. The Connector can be easily transferred between headbands. So you only need to purchase 1 Connector (or 2 for bi-lateral). Choose one compatible with Oticon Ponto or Cochlear Baha or Medel Adhear.

Frequently asked questions
How soon will my order to shipped?
I make and mail items the same business day, or occasionally the day following when I receiving your order.
Since items are made and shipped out quickly, please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. Notify me immediately, if you need to make any changes to your order.
I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as shipping is out of my control. If ordering last minute the customer is accepting responsibility that the product may not reach its destination in time.

Are custom softbands compatible with Cochlear Baha and Oticon Ponto?
Yes! However, the Button Block Connector is NOT included with the softband and can be purchased separately.
Custom Softbands have a flexible o-ring, which holds the Connector, which holds your hearing aid. Connector can be transferred between custom softbands, so you only need 1 Connector (or 2 if your child has bilateral hearing aids).
There are two styles of Connectors, one for Oticon Ponto and a different one for Cochlear Baha, so be sure to choose one compatible with your hearing device.
