Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with my products, but if you don't receive what you expected--No Problem! Contact me within 7 days of receipt for replacement or refund. Shipping will only be refunded if there is a mistake with the order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. I must first receive the item back before an exchange or refund can be issued and the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Any items damaged in transit will be good for exchange but not refund.

Refunds on Custom Orders will be reviewed on a case by case basis as they are made specifically for the purchaser.
Payment
Payment by Paypal only. If you DO NOT have a Paypal account Paypal offers a virtual terminal service at Check Out too, so just follow the Paypal payment link and you can use your credit card instead - easy AND private!
I ship to your Paypal account address. If your order needs to go somewhere else please let me know on your payment, using the Comments to Seller box.

TAXES: If you live in Texas you will pay sales tax.

CUSTOMS: Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees of their home country.
Shipping
I will ship 1st class USPS within 72 hours/3 days of receiving payment. Convo me if you need priority postage.

Shipping listed is approximate but based on US Postal rates. If actual shipping exceeds the amount listed, I'll cover the extra. I DO combine shipping. I don't believe in charging "extra" for handling, however $1.50 of the shipping is for the packing boxes or padded cardstock mailers and labels which I purchase new.
Any overage in postage will be refunded.
I will do my best to insure proper packaging and I prefer not to ship delicate items and artwork without insurance - this is to protect BOTH buyer and seller. Sorry but it is US Postal Service who determines the rates. If your parcel is damaged in shipping PLEASE let me know immediately!

For any questions or concerns please convo me and I'll get back to you within 24 hours. I take Sunday off of the internet, so any messages sent Saturday will be answered on Monday at the latest.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND WHOLESALE ITEMS:
Wholesale and custom orders are gladly accepted. Please contact seller for more details, including creation time.
If your item's description says it is made to order, please have a look at my shop announcement for current creation time and allow this amount time for me to make your item. General creation time is 3 weeks if not stated.
