Welcome to the Bead and Bangle jewelry shoppe!!!
Each piece is lovingly designed and handmade by me! If you like my work, check my shop periodically as I am often running sales... current coupon codes will be posted under my shop banner!
If you see something you like and the size is wrong, or see something I sold that you like, send me a convo! I may have leftover beads for resizing or be able to make something similar for you!
You can now pay with your credit card or Etsy gift card through direct checkout! I will not see your credit card number - the funds will simply be taken securely from your credit card or Etsy gift card by Etsy and deposited into my bank account. :)
Other than direct checkout, I accept Paypal only, sorry no checks or money orders! If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay easily and securely through Paypal without signing up for an account. I ask that you please submit payment within 2 days of ordering, otherwise the order may be cancelled and the item relisted. If you have a circumstance requiring more time, just send me a convo and I am happy to see what we can work out!
I send everything regular mail through the Unitied States Postal Service to keep shipping costs low! Generally I try to ship items the next day if possible, but I am at the post office several times a week so it will not take me longer than 2-3 days max to ship the order once I receive it.
USPS usually takes anywhere from 5-10 days to deliver to US addresses depending on where you live; it may be longer for international addresses. If you need something sent sooner via FedEx, or would like insurance or other shipping options added to the order, send me a convo BEFORE checking out. Then I can give you an updated postage quote and adjust the postage amount on the item before you submit the order!
Items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy order; if you need it shipped elsewhere, send me a note in the notes to seller section of your order!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to ensure you are happy with your order! I do my best to photograph everything in natural light if possible and describe each item thoroughly to give you an accurate picture of the piece you are ordering! Generally I do not accept returns or exchanges, but am happy to discuss options with you if there is a problem. If something is damaged during shipping, or if the size does not fit, please send me a convo within a week of receipt to see what we can work out.
Please understand that I am not liable for orders lost or damaged during shipping, so I do not refund shipping costs. Although I have never had any problems with USPS, if you are concerned the item may be lost or damaged during shipping please convo me BEFORE checking out to request shipping insurance, tracking or another shipping method that better suits you!
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you have an idea or request for a custom order, please feel free to contact me! Whether or not I can make custom pieces depends on supplies I have in stock, if I can get additional supplies, etc. but I am more than happy to hear your ideas and accomodate your request if possible!
When I accept a custom order, I create a listing for you to purchase if it is a completely new item, or adjust an existing listing if you are asking that something currently listed be changed or upgraded to a set. Please understand that I will not start working on a custom piece until it has been ordered and paid for. If you would like to see pictures of the components before you buy, just ask and I will be happy to send photos of beads, clasps, etc!
