The Bead Stop

What started out as just selling overflow from our jewelry designing business it has now bloomed into a business, carrying 350+ items for bead and craft lovers everywhere. And we are always tweaking and bringing to the table, the next best thing from the bead and craft world!

We treat our customers as we expect to be treated when we shop. When you open your bubble wrap envelope or priority box, it's like you are gifting yourself. Your purchases are bagged, wrapped in fun tissue paper and sealed with our logo. We recycle bubble wrap from one of our favorite suppliers and surround your order for added protection. There is nothing more disappointing then receiving damaged products. But know we offer top customer service should anything go wrong!

We simplify our shipping and keep it as low as we can. Our flat rates takes the guess work out of what your shipping costs will be. So add as many items as you need, we will not charge you extra for the weight. And guess what? We will pay your shipping and insure for volume orders reaching $75.00 or more.

US Domestic First Class: $3.25
US Priority: Use dropdown to add $5.00 more for a boxed US Priority shipment
Canada First Class: $12.50 (insured)
Everywhere else, First Class: $16.00 (insured)

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please email us for return authorization. (Apologies but Clearance and sale items are not refundable)

Shipping costs are not refundable. All returns must be in original condition and unopened if prepackaged.

If the return is due to an error that we made, we will gladly reimburse you for your return postage, as well as refund your original shipping.
Payment
We accept PayPal, all major credit or debit cards. Money orders and personal checks require a clearance period before order is shipped. Any questions, please send us an email. We value your patronage!
Shipping
We ship First Class mail 3 days a week, Monday through Friday, and your order is shipped out within 1-3 days. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email.

Priority shipping is also available. Please inquire by email prior to concluding your order or select the Priority shipping in the dropdown at checkout. We can do UPS on special request but please email us so we can compute the shipping charge.

We care about packaging and getting your items safely from our door to yours. We use bubble envelopes and/or recycled bubble wrap when shipping your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our custom made jewelry pieces are made for you in mind, so packaging and care is very important to us. We ship each designed piece in a velvet bag, bubble wrapped within a bubble envelope.

Jewelry well cared for will last for generations!
