My premade scrapbooks, memory catchers, and other paper wares are made in a smoke-free home using acid free, archival materials to perfectly preserve your memories. If you like what you see but need a different theme, color scheme, or quantity contact me and I can create something just for you. You can also check out my sold items to get ideas for a special order.

Returns and exchanges
I pride myself in creating quality crafts, using quality materials and I take great care with my craftsmanship and shipping methods, but if you receive an item and are in any way dissatisfied please contact me before you leave feedback so we can work out a return or exchange.

A return or exchange would require my receiving the original item in it's original condition before a replacement or refund would be sent. Refunds would not include shipping costs.
Payment
I accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. I also accept personal checks and I will ship your purchase as soon as your check clears. If you have any problems with any part of your purchasing process please contact me, I'll be happy to help you.
Shipping
I usually ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. If you would like to have your shipping upgraded please contact me before you purchase and I will be happy to add that cost.

I take great care in packing your items so they arrive in perfect condition. I don’t do traditional gift wrap but I do try package each item to make you feel like you’re opening a gift, even if it is for yourself! See how I pack up my items for shipping here:

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders that are so specialized I don't feel I will be able to sell them to the general public will require either partial or full payment before work is begun. This will be determined on an item by item basis.
