I am on Etsy to make charming, unique items that are as affordable as they are eye catching. Please know that all of my items are completely handmade by me. This means that no two items will ever be exactly the same. This is something that I love about handmade items and part of what makes Etsy so awesome! I am so happy to be doing something I love and sharing it with others!!!

All items are made by me in my smoke free, bleach loving, clean home!!!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I want you to be 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from me! If you are not, please let me know and we will work together to decide on a way to make it right. Items that are returned will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
Payment
I am happy to accept payment through Etsy direct checkout. Types of payment accepted are PayPal, credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards.

6.85% sales tax will be added to items purchased and/or shipped within the state of Utah.
Shipping
All items ship via USPS. Please allow up to 7 business days for all orders to be fulfilled, with arrival of your order occurring thereafter in the approximate number of days of customer's selected shipping choice.

First Class shipping is used on most orders, which takes about 3-5 days to arrive (U.S. locations), following order fulfillment.

Shipping upgrades (USPS Priority 2-3 days & Express overnight) are always available at buyers request. Insurance and confirmation delivery are also available upon request.

*There may be situations with buyers who reside locally to me where I may be able to arrange pick-up or drop-off of the item(s) and avoid shipping charges. Please contact me if you think this may pertain to you.

International shipping is available. PLEASE NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs charges, taxes, and additional postage fees.

I am happy to ship an item meant as a gift straight to the recipient as well as include a personal note! Just let me know and we will get it to where you want it to go!

The Bees Knees Shoppe is not responsible for any items that are delayed or lost in shipment. Your order will be shipped via First Class mail and tracking will be sent via email.
