5 out of 5 starsThank you so very much for the beautiful poem, and your kind personalized message to me. It's hit me in a very special place; I received a beautiful charm with the phrase, "I carry your heart," following the loss of who would have been our third daughter. I ordered this poem so that I could frame it and place it in my classroom, and always have a reminder of our Stella Jo. I thank you so so very much for the beautifully typed words, the very fast shipping, and the daily reminder of our baby. Thanks again! :)

Meet Audrey, my vintage Royal Quiet De Luxe manual typewriter from the 1940s.
Wordcraft ~ Words craft ~ Word crafts ~ Literary Cards & Bookish gifts
Greetings and welcome to my shop. I'm proud to announce, after 500 years of intense studying I've earned the title of BiblioFairy! Isn't that amazing?
I've studied with all the greats. Blue Fairy, the Fairy Godmothers. I even interned with the Tooth Fairy herself-- not my favorite century, but it gave me a lot of time to read during the day.
You see, I am an avid reader. I love books. I love stories, and adventures that take me further than my wings could fly. I even love that sweet sadness of saying goodbye to the friends you've made in a great series.
I am also a writer, of course. I am in love with words. Big ones, like atermoiements, and small ones with big meanings, like love. I love the feeling of fresh paper under a fountain pen, yearning to be filled with meaning, and antique typewriters waiting for stories to be told. I love the smell of old books, and the hidden adventures waiting to be discovered between each cover. I love typography, and text. I wear poetry in my skin, on my clothes, and in my heart.
I'm in love with old things. Forgotten relics of days long gone. I love the sound of a record, and the clack of typewriter keys. There is nothing so romantic as a typewritten poem. A typewriter is not so forgiving as even ink can sometimes be. You can reach the end of a poem, and an errant stroke can send you back to the beginning. Each success is a miracle. Typewritten notes took love, and care. In an era of email, and twitter, a typewritten note is a testament of time.
I have two typewriters:
Alice is a brand new typecast manual typewriter. She is blush pink, and leaves a strong imprint.
Audrey is a vintage 1940s Royal Quiet De Luxe . She's been around for almost a eighty years, and is still banging out beautiful typography. Her imprint is more subtle, but holds the romance of all her history.
All my cards are hand-typed on high quality card stocks, and papers, and can be customized down to the ink color!
These are incredible gifts for writers, romantics, lovers, and scrapbookers. Give them for Valentine's Day, paper anniversaries, Christmas, Channukah, birthdays, or just because.
Do you have an original poem you want to turn into a keepsake? Do you want to have your vows etched into ink and paper? Is there a lyric, poem, or quote you don't see in the shop?
Contact me for your custom orders, and let me help you weave your words into eternity.
From time to time I'll add some of the swag I've collected from my adventures, and some of my friends' favorite things. These are usually one of a kind unique items and are gone when they are sold out, so don't wait!

Frequently asked questions
How long is the processing time?
Lots of the items are already in stock, and ship out within 24 hours, but with the holiday season looming, the inventory depletes quickly. Contact me directly if you want to know about a specific item, and I can tell you if it's in stock or being made to order (which takes up to 48 hours). Please see the shop announcement for any delays beyond the 2 business days.
What are your standard holiday shipping deadlines?
The Bibliofairy ships using USPS. For an additional fee orders can be RUSH processed to ship out within 1 business day (M-F).
All USPS Priority Mail orders come with tracking. Please inquire if you're interested in signature confirmation.
Shipping is subject to weather, and other events that are out of my control. Once the package gets dropped off at the post office, the rest is out of my hands.
I will do my best to help from my end, but USPS is responsible from that point on.
Thank you for understanding.
