Gift wrapping and packaging
Products are available for gift wrapping. They will be wrapped with brown paper and twine. A Birch & Buffalo tag will be added.
Sizing details
Please reference each listing for sizing details. The dimensions and sizing will be provided in inches. Products could have a sight variance in sizing depending on the product.
Care instructions
Most wood products are produced for indoor use. In the case that your products collects a dirt or a stain after it has been in your possession, please try a mild cleaner or water to clean to the product. The paint that is used is water based, harsh chemicals could remove paint.
Wholesale availability
All products are available for wholesale. Please contact us to become a vendor.
What if my item is damaged?
Sometimes carriers damage a product. If this happens to your order, please take a photo of both the damaged box and damaged product. Please submit photos to us via conversations and we will either, provide a shipping label to have the product returned and fixed, or we will reproduce the order and send to you. This will be done with no cost to you! If your item is received damaged please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. If we are not contacted within this time frame we will not be able to correct this damage at no cost.
My order was returned by the carrier, what do I do now?
If your order has been returned to us by the carrier because there was an error in the address you entered. We will gladly reship the order. We will only charge the cost of shipping to do so.
If the order is returned because of a carrier error we will reship the order at no cost.
Processing Times
All Processing times are not guaranteed. One of our most important goals is shipping products as quickly as possible. The processing time given is not a guarantee of ship date. We will do everything in our power to meet these dates.
In addition, Etsy does not account for holidays when calculating ship dates. If a holiday falls during your processing time. It could delay your order by the number of holidays during that processing time. Our holiday schedule matches USPS holiday schedule. However we will gladly miss a holiday to get your order produced and shipped.
Shipping Estimates/Carriers
Etsy provides an estimated delivery date when ordering. Please remember this is not a guarantee and does not account for carriers delaying or misplacing packages.
If a package is needed by a certain date, please contact us. The package may need to ship via a guaranteed method such as UPS Ground or UPS Air.
My package seems lost, or has not moved. What should I do?
Sometimes on rare occasions a package could become lost by the carrier. In the case of USPS we can open an investigation after 15 days (USPS Policy). If the package is shipped via UPS we can open an investigation at any time.
