Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. We take detailed pictures and note all flaws honestly. Vintage is not perfect so please keep in mind to not expect your item to be in mint condition.

Please convo us with any questions.

For damaged items: If the item is damaged when received, must prove so with a photo. If we need this, please note that you will have to provide that info to me. It is unlikely this will happen however, but it must be mentioned just in case. Refunds for damaged or lost items will be given as soon as the paperwork and images are submitted.
Payment
If you purchase an item, payment is expected within 24 hours. If you wish to delay payment, please contact us PRIOR to purchasing the item. After three days without payment we will automatically relist the item.

We accept paypal and money orders from American buyers. International orders may only be paid by paypal.
Shipping
LOCAL PICK UPS ARE WELCOME - We am located in San Francisco

We ship with USPS. Items are sent 2-3 days after purchase.

TRACKING
We generally do not ship with tracking, as charges are substantially more for this. If you do require tracking though, please notify us before hand and we can calculate what the shipping will be.

If you need guaranteed shipping time for a certain item, (that birthday card or baby shower present) contact me before hand and I can find a shipping method that is faster, and give you an estimate.

INSURANCE for DOMESTIC: We purchase insurance on most items. If your item is ever damaged or lost in the mail, we will refund you in full. Please always contact me before leaving feedback. Your happiness is our number one goal.

INSURANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL: We normally do not purchase insurance for international sales because of the high rates. This means if your item goes missing or is damaged in transit I cannot afford to refund you. Please contact me before you pay to let me know you would like insurance (it is usually $26 total to ship with insurance).
The value declared on the customs form will be what you paid for the item (minus shipping).
