OMG! Who'da thunk there was so much to getting that smooth as glass finish and perhaps some depth to an otherwise flat design! This is a large amount of information for a single subject with a wonderful resource section in the back to help you find the products she talks about. Highly recommended

I have been ‘claying’ for about three years. It is hard to buy tutorials that aren’t about a technique but knowing Ginger Davis Allman has done so much for the polymer clay world I thought it would be a good idea. I also love gaining knowledge. This book is well written, organized nicely and very informative. I plan on reading this over several times. I was surprised to find this book answered many questions that have been sitting on the edges of my brain. If you are new to clay I recommend this book and if you have a bit of experience it will be just as fascinating.

Payment
I accept PayPal and Direct Checkout through Etsy. If you have any problems please convo me. I do charge sales tax to all deliveries of physical items within the State of Missouri. Gotta keep all legal and that.
Shipping
SHIPPING - Once I receive payment, I will ship the next business day**, often sooner. If you need to cancel, please convo me right away so that I can catch it before I ship to save us both the trouble. I usually ship USPS First Class Mail but can upgrade if you need it faster, just let me know in advance of your purchase. I don't insure the items, but if you want me to purchase it then I will. I always purchase delivery confirmation. If you're an international buyer, then you know how customs works. I'll fill out the forms on my end, but you'll have to cover your country's customs fees, if any. International shipping can be a bit pricey, I do try to pick the least expensive option whenever I can.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless you purchase upgraded express delivery. However, this must be agreed upon in advance of your checkout so that I can adjust the shipping options for the item. Do not purchase the item and expect to be able to upgrade shipping later. It is not uncommon for me to print and ship a package within a few minutes after purchase.

**The vast majority of the time I am able to ship the same day. But I am an avid backpacker and sometimes I do overnight trips that might mean I can't get something shipped right away. If I'm out of town for more than a day or two, I will leave a note in my shop announcement.

LOST ITEMS - All packages shipped to US destinations will include a tracking number. If the item is shown as being delivered by the USPS but you have not received the item, you will need to address this with your local post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do give refunds on items that are returned to me, at the customer's cost, within 30 days of purchase. But talk to me first so we can work something out. I want you to be a happy buyer! I do not offer refunds on shipping. And I don't give refunds unless the item is returned to me. I reserve the right to refuse refunds if I feel there's been anything unsavory going on. Be straight with me and I'll be straight with you.

I do not offer refunds on my tutorials.
