I want you to be happy with your purchase, if you would like to return an item for any reason please contact me within 3 days of receipt to arrange for its return or for a replacement as appropriate. Refunds will be sent to you as soon as I receive the item back in the condition in which it was sent. You are responsible for return shipping fees and for returning any packaging or extras that were including with your purchase.

All of the items in my shop are finished pieces that are ready to ship, most items will ship within 24 hours. I do my best to make sure pieces go out in the mail the following day whenever possible. Orders received on Friday may not go out until Monday. If there are any exceptions to this rule they will be posted in the shop announcement.

Tracking numbers are not available for international shipments so we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Insurance is recommended, however there is an additional charge for insurance. Send me a message letting me know you want insurance and I will let you know how much extra it will cost you. We are not able to verify delivery of uninsured packages therefore we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
