Payment
Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase. If you need additional time please contact me to make arrangements. If your payment has not been received, or I have not been contacted within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.

We accept payments through paypal.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Shipping
Processing time is currently 1-2 weeks, and then allow 3-5 days for shipping. Orders are shipped USPS First Class mail, or Priority, depending on the weight and value of the items being shipped.

The Blue Ladybug cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the postal service
