Payment
At this time I only accept paypal. Payment is due at time of checkout. Cancellations on custom orders will not be accepted once work has begun, but you may cancel a stock item order so long as I have not yet shipped the item. I ship fast, so please shop wisely :)
Shipping
IMPORTANT: I create labels out of paypal, so please make sure that the ship to address on file on your paypal account is correct! I am not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address based on information you input to paypal. Insurance is recommended. You will receive a tracking number through paypal. If you do not purchase insurance, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Packaged Dino tails only weigh 12oz, so I am able to ship one domestically at the First Class Rate. Two tails ordered at once will be shipped via USPS First class.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days from purchase date. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the USPS for your insurance claim.

HOW to properly CLEAN your Dino Tail safely without fear of color fading, shrinkage or, even worse, getting a big bite while loading it in the washer :)

Simply washing your dino tail in warm water, gentle cycle would be the preferred way to clean your dino tail.

If you don't want to air dry it, which is preferred, low dryer heat would be the second best drying method because it's synthetic, and the metal clips might be rather hot when removed from the dryer (ouch!)

Thanks! and Rowweerrr!
