Returns and exchanges
RETURNS:
Item(s) must be returned in it's original, clean resell-able condition. Item(s) with any damage, including but not limited to debris, oil, water, marks of any kind, smoke odor, pet odor/hair or other odors will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
Upon receiving the item(s) and verifying an acceptable, resell-able condition, a store credit minus shipping costs will be issued to the buyer.
*Note: Buyer is to pay non-refundable shipping costs to return item(s) to The Book Boutique.
The Book Boutique will pay shipping costs to send replacement to buyer.
All custom orders are final.
