Returns and exchanges
I am confident that you will be pleased with your order. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to policies below:
RETURNS:
Item(s) must be returned in it's original, clean resell-able condition. Item(s) with any damage, including but not limited to debris, oil, water, marks of any kind, smoke odor, pet odor/hair or other odors will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
Upon receiving the item(s) and verifying an acceptable, resell-able condition, a store credit minus shipping costs will be issued to the buyer.
*Note: Buyer is to pay non-refundable shipping costs to return item(s) to The Book Boutique.
The Book Boutique will pay shipping costs to send replacement to buyer.
All custom orders are final.

I accept credit card payments through PayPal.
Shipping
Your item(s) will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. As soon as payment has been made, all orders will usually be shipped within 4 days. When ordering I will ship to your PayPal address, so please make sure that it is correct.
