How quickly do you process the order?
See individual items for details. Each product is processed in a different facility and therefore processing times vary. Always note that during the holiday rush that items will take even longer, but I do my best to keep the processing times up-to-date

What your cancellation policy?
For the most part, I will not accept cancellations as your order is immediately sent to the print shop and cannot be cancelled.
In the rare event that I have not yet sent your order to the print shop, I will gladly cancel your order.

What is your return policy?
Please contact me within TWO weeks of receiving your package if you want to make a return. In order to return an item, you must ship the package back at YOUR EXPENSE, and the item must arrive in GOOD, unused condition. We will then offer a refund of the 70% purchase price of the item (not including shipping cost). Policy is based on a case-by-case basis. Photo proof is required for damaged packages.
What if my package is damaged?
If your item(s) arrive damaged please send me a photo ASAP so that I can open a case with the postal service. Then, I will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.
