sizing for belts is stated on the listing, if you require a specific size, i can custom make your size, send me sizing of waist and hip measurements. these items are non refundable.

if the product is faulty i will refund on return of the item.

nearly all of my packaging material is recycled, on the odd occasion that i run out, i use old fashion brown parcel paper. i am hoping that the cycle continues when it reaches the next destination. if you would like special gift wrapping let me know.

i make trips to the post office on mondays and fridays but am happy to send parcels sooner on request, please let me know if it is an urgent delivery!

i send all parcel regular air mail and depending on the location, this covers different things. please confirm if you would like to add tracking numbers and insurance.

for international customers i will get individual prices.

on the rare occasion that i make a error with the shipping costs i am happy to refund the difference, i hope that the customer is as understanding!
